It’s a shame on you Maoists that you could not issue a diplomatic passport to King Gyanendra. For the rest of of his life, the title King will be associated with his name. Last King, ex King, King and so on and that is a title earned by his dynasty for almost two hundred and forty years. If terrorists and con artists like yourself are entitled to a diplomatic passport the King should also be issued a diplomatic one.
