The situation of Nepal is degrading day by day. Such situation is triggered by the incompetent, non-starter leaders of Congress, UML and Maoist. They never followed the right path for the welfare of the nation. The people no-more have trust on them. They are always following the suicidal action. We, Nepalese people, want the stability of our nation. For that, there must be balance between nationalism, monarchism and parliamentary democracy. The main issue of Nepal is rampant corruptions along with foreign intervention. We are worried due to the culprit party leaders. The present regime is incompetent, corrupt guided by smugglers. I think, it will be disastrous if the regime continues to stay in such fashion for a month longer. We have to stand against those who are bent on destroying the identities of Nepalese unity, nationality, monarchy, cultural and democratic norms.
The pious country in the lapse of the Himalayas is beautiful, quiet and great. It is also known as the country of ‘SHANGRILA’. Actually, Nepal is a paradise which provides calmness and rejuvenation to the mind, body and soul which has the highest peak of the world i.e. Mt. Everest. This lovely place is also said as the potpourri of ethnicity and has many cultural landscapes. This land of bio-diversity has so many cultural and religious landmarks that give a soothing experience to everyone. The pride taken by Nepalese people regarding the Himalayan Kingdom has cultural values. Nepal is the birthplace of the Hinduism & Buddhism and more than three billion Hindus and Buddhists are living in this country. Nepal is as holy to Hindus & Buddhists as Mecca for Muslims and Jerusalem to Jews and Christians.
The political leaders who are playing main role in Nepal are not trustworthy because their efforts are not focused to sustain the identities of Nepalese and to keep their morale high like Mount-Everest. The attitude and intentions shown by them before and after the constituent assembly-election assert this assumption. Nepal could not be uplifted due to the leaders becoming mere tools in the hands of Indian leaders. India does not want stability in Nepal. Our duty and responsibility can’t be accomplished only by accusing foreign elements. The country is facing trouble from the wrong elements within the political parties of Nepal itself. The King during his rule could not give way-out because he was surrounded by wrong elements. The country cannot move ahead unless and until we evict all the wrong elements that surrounded the King and the party leaders.
This does not mean all members within parties are anti-national. Therefore, we humbly request all the nationalists within Maoist, congress, UML, Tarai (Madhes based) and others not to be entangled from the foreign elements with meaningless arguments to weaken the nationality. Let’s save the nation by chasing culprits from the political parties. Agitations took place in the various countries, which are for the good of the nation. It must be constructive. But here in Nepal, the irresponsible leaders did not have any concern regarding the value and norms of the country since 2006. They were attached to exploit and divide among them the sources of the nation. The political leaders could not represent the people’s aspiration and the sprit but opposite to it they played vicious role as; secularism, communal disharmony and federalism. If we could not analyse the destiny of our nation it would be curse for us.
The main agenda of the movement of 2006 was the abolition of the despotic monarchical rule but, it was not against monarchy. The people want to uplift the nation by generating job; the nation should not be the play ground for foreigners. We want to eradicate corruptions and hegemony and lasting peace with the consensus between people and the king. No party leader has any notion toward this aspect. How can the constituent assembly get a way-out after mishandling all the sensitive norms of the nation? It is meaningless to mull over the nation after mishandling the nationality. The national identity such as national dress, national language and the religions of the people should be strengthening to uplift the nation. No nation can improve if the leaders have no concern regarding those aforementioned norms. It will not be in the interest of any Nepali if the nation is disintegrated. The monocracy is not the concern of the people as it finishes the basic norms and values.
Most of the members of constituent assembly are not qualified enough to come-up with better constitution and rest are poppet of parties and foreigners. Therefore the constitution can’t be formulated. If they are honest to make constitution they should amended the constitution of 1990 which is a democratic & balanced constitution. Even if they make a constitution, the facts have proved that the country will be divided and the people will be week and poor. Dr. Sashanka Koirala (An existing MP & Son of BP Koirala- the prominent congress leader) has confirmed that India has already drafted the constitution (Peoples Review 2009 Jan.15). One of the remarkable points is that the Indians had fed, groomed and given weapons to the Maoist insurgents. This is open secret that the topmost Maoist leaders were sheltered in India for about eight years. A prominent journalist Mr. Pushpa Raj Pradhan says- ‘Indians are intervening in our domestic affairs. Most of the leaders in the main stream political parties, including the Maoists, are serving the Indian interests. This trend has enormously increased after the multiparty democracy in 1990 (29 Jun. 2009- Peoples Review). From the establishment of so called Republic Nepal people are suspicious about the survival of the country.
The Nepalese people will have to bear the brunt of the civil-war in absence of the people-oriented monarchy. The leaders having no stand in the principle talk of republican, some talk of People’s Republic, some about socialism and some about communism. They are not asserting to anything. Is it possible within the parameter of the same constitution to provide parliamentary system as well as communism? This is the way toward the destruction. The nation today is facing chaos as the leaders themselves are corrupts and antinational. There is no any other alternative for the nationalist elements to unite and fight against the foreign tools within Nepal.
