Maoist master plan, state capture
The Maoists, through their leaders have made it public that they will not join the government, instead would capture power and rule. The one considered powerful within the Maoists, Mohan Vaidya Pokharel has been advocating within the party the issue of yet another revolt to capture the state power. Even though in minority, as it looks like, Prachanda too has mentioned in his 19 page party agenda about a revolt and capture. Prachanda has also mentioned a time frame as to when he would again become the Prime Minister of Nepal. In his own words, “we will form the government again by Dasai, Tihar festival,” is what he has been recorded saying. With the main opposition making such statements about the newly formed government led by Madhav Kumar Nepal is a sign and a warning for a revolt. How does the government take this message and how do they react is the curiosity of all. Politically interesting and worth mentioning here is, Sujata Koirala, the foreigner has been keeping in touch with Prachanda on a regular basis. Keeping in touch is not the awkward part, but her saying that the current government will not last more than three months is fishy cause she also happens to be the Foreign Minister in the same government and predicting the life of the government supported by her party is suspicious. Sources also say that Sujata has been asking Prachanda to wait three months for the government to fall and is assuring him of forming a Maoist, Nepali Congress coalition government. This clearly says that the Maoists have been successful in dividing the Nepali Congress as planned. On the other hand the Maoists also played foul by provoking Upendra Yadav by making him offers to lead the government as the Prime Minister after Gachhadar settled for the Vice Prime Minister’s post, which lead to MJF to split. Now with the Nepali Congress and MJF divided and the other political parties either already divided, broken or engaged in their own internal issues, the Maoists are building a grand design for state capture. All of this was preplanned by the Maoists as they had earlier during the seven party alliance to abolish Monarchy. Their plan is already shaping up as desired but something is holding them back cause they seem to be waiting and wanting to buy some more time before their final and actual act. What could be the reason for that? Are they waiting for Rukmangad Katawal to retire as he was the main obstruction for them to take control of the Nepal Army to move forward with power confinement or do they have other plans. It is learnt that the Nepal Army is also on a high alert and the Chief himself has been holding talks with the President on security issues. The Army in the past has been capable of defusing the Maoist interest but will they be able to save the country again from these terrorists….……your thoughts
