parmanandaFirstly, who does this Bihari babu Parmananda Jha think he represents when he says he will consult the people he represents before taking the oath of office and secrecy for the second time. The Supreme Court has already issued order to Vice President Parmananda Jha to take oath of office and secrecy again and if he does not do so immediately, then he should be kicked out of office once and for all. In a verdict issued on Friday, the apex court concluded that taking oath in Hindi language is not constitutional as per prevailing laws of the country. The order was issued by a division bench of Chief Justice Min Bahadur Rayamajhi and justice Bal Ram KC in response to a case filed by advocate Balkrishna Neupane a year ago. Jha’s act of taking oath in Hindi, saying it is the most widely used language in Terai districts, had received widespread criticism and protests last year. Vice President Paramananda Jha has objected to the Supreme Court verdict that annulled the oath of office he took in Hindi saying the verdict was biased. Talking to media following the SC verdict Friday, VP Jha said the verdict was inappropriate as the Supreme Court could not compel him to speak a certain language. “The SC cannot control what language I speak,” Jha said. “I am not going to speak in Nepali.” then in that cause, you are not a Nepali and you do not have the right to live and do not Constitutional experts have said, VP Jha cannot legally continue working until he takes the oath in Nepali as ordered by the SC. A traitor like him who disrespects Nepali people and the Nepali language does not have any right to be in a Nepali office and should be kicked out without any argument. Jha ji, you can speak any language you want in your home but when you represent the Nepali people and bear the high ranking office of Nepal the only language you speak is Nepali and if that is a problem with you then you are a problem to us Nepali. So respect the Nepali language and the Nepali soil or else you will be kicked out of not just the office but also out of Nepal.
