It is a very unfortunate situation in Nepal, where the country is having to bear the burden of three parallel army. The official force and the pride of Nepal is the Nepal Army followed by the terrorist army the PLA and the bigger national treat the YCL. The later two PLA and YCL were formed by the terrorist outfit the Maoists of Nepal. These two terrorist groups were used by the Maoists to terrorize the Nepalese people for over a decade and they are even today in full operation. The mind bothering issue here is, how is it possible to have such outlawed bodies fully functional as terrorists and that they are being fed by the government money or as one may say the peoples money. The country only needs a national army, which it already has and any other form of army besides the Nepal Army has to be dissolved immediately. The country is poor and having to support and feed these terrorists is a big burden to the nation. The same money that is being spent on the terrorists could be used elsewhere in other development programs by the Government. If the political leaders are so dumb and do not know where to spend, a little suggestion, health, education, drinking water, housing, roads is where you can spend on instead of the TERRORISTS.
