“We have no alternatives left but to take up arms again,” are the exact words that came out of Prachanda in Khalanga of Salyan district on Sunday. Someone who believes in change with the barrel of a gun over dialogue is definitely not right and one who believes in ruling with a gun is a terrorist. With such definition what is Prachanda trying to prove when he says, “take up arms again”. Planning to go back to the jungles gain? The country has already been pushed behind and the people are all suffering one way or the other from the Maoist actions and even after all of that, these terrorists are not happy and are making plans to give the Nepalese citizens more suffering and pain. Like the universal theory, “actions speak louder than words”, the Maoist actions have clearly conveyed the message of their ill intentions. The Maoists in Nepal do not want any development in the country. Spoken differently, using words to confuse and mislead the people, their true internal wish and desire is still to capture the state power and declare the country as a communist state with the Maoists as the dictators. If the Maoists had any intentions what so ever to do something good for the people and the nation they would have been involved in and only in drafting the constitution on time. Instead, they choose to make the Nepal Army their own puppet army by merging all the terrorists into the army. They also started getting involved in making their own rules and regulations which would make them more powerful and would take away the rights of the people. People who were aware of these ill intentions of the Maoists voted the other way and brought forward leaders of other political parties to represent and voice them, who in return did noting but just joined hands to make their life better. The Maoists, as they always wanted are in the process of capturing the state power by all means and like Prachanda himself said, by taking up arms again. The Maoists are the ones with the ill intention but the other political parties are equally to blame cause they are doing nothing to save the country from becoming torn into pieces like it once used to be before Prithivi Narayan Shah united it. There is nothing thats going to be done for the people or the nation until a true nationalist comes forward with the desire and the dedication to serve the people and the nation. The people have to act now or else the future for both the people and the nation is dark.
