maoist-flagsThe country has a government and all it’s bodies are fully functional. Despite the mentioned fact the Maoists are still running a parallel government with the aid and support of it’s illegal body the YCL and the PLA. The following is an example where the Maoists take the law into their own hands and say they are doing justice instead of terrorizing. In the same regard the Police have arrested 11 Unified CPN (Maoist) cadres including a member of the party’s Kochila Rajya Samiti from Itahari Tuesday morning on charges of abduction and loot. The (Maoist)’s Kochila Rajya Samiti member Mohan Timalsina, Sunsari district member Indra Silwal, Itahari area in-charge and Kochila Rajya Samiti member Naren Subbha, YCL district member Krishna Magar, Itahari area deputy secretary Upendra Ghimire, and Maoist activists Tanka Basnet, Ramesh Dahal, Deepak Rai, Suman, Samjhana Shiba and Suraj Silwal were arrested from Janata Basti of Itahari, according to the police. They are charged of abducting Sankhuwasabha based businessman Pasang Sherpa and his friends. Sherpa, 25, and his friend Kasi Karki were abducted from a hotel in Itahari Monday night. Sherpa has claimed, the abductors looted Rs 300,000 in cash and a gold locket in his possession. The Maoists’ Kochila Rajya Samiti member Timilsina said, they had taken Sherpa to interrogate about a truck that was carrying illegal goods and was impounded by Revenue officials some days ago. Police had gone to their rescue after Sherpa’s friends staying at the same hotel managed to escape and informed the police. Well if Mr. Sherpa was involved in smuggling as per the claims of these terrorists, he should have been handed over to the appropriate authority rather than them taking action. This incident from the Maoists still proves that terrorism is still alive and kicking in the name of justice and the terrorists are none other than the Maoists themselves.

Following facts are clearly challenging the status of Nepal as an independent, legitimate and democratic nation:
1.Accepting shelter and services as being loyal servant of external master for almost decade and frequent visits to Indian embassy because of slavery mentality,is a serious set-back to nationality.
2.Having state accepted and budgeting two separate armies in the single nation,is a genuine issue by which nation’s status left in question.
3.Taking a unilateral decisions about the very fundamental and basic issues related to people’s sovereign rights including declaring republic, federalism and secular state, have been found great threat to democracy and rule of life.
So,because of aforementioned fact, the whole acts and activities of so called leaders, claiming themselves as a builder of new Nepal, have been found clearly bypassing and ignorging democratic norms and globally accpted principle of people’s sovereign right to decide about the fate of nation. That’s why, whole fundamental issues must be taken to people for their final verdict by holding referendum.Jay Nepal!
